Probate :

Our office handles simple or uncontested probate matters.  Probate is the process to wrap up financial and property matters of the deceased person.  One probate process is for where a will has been prepared and executed by the deceased, the other where no will was executed.  An uncontested matter is where all heirs of the deceased will cooperate in the probate process.
