Wills and Probate :

Our office prepares simple wills only.  A simple will is where all the beneficiaries are over 18 years of age.  Our office does not prepare complex wills that include testamentary trusts to minor children or grand children.  Once the draft copy of the will is reviewed by the client, the will is usually signed in our office.

Our office also handles simple or uncontested probate matters.  Probate is the process to wrap up financial and property matters of the deceased person.  One probate process is for where a will has been prepared and executed by the deceased, the other where no will was prepared.  An uncontested matter is where all heirs of the deceased will cooperate in the probate process.
