Uncontested Divorce :

Our office handles uncontested divorces, that is where husband and wife both agree to the divorce and the terms of the divorce (i.e. child custody, child support, visitation, joint debt, joint property, etc.)and will sign the divorce documents prior to filing with the court. Due to the new Georgia child support law, which went into effect January 1, 2007, more documentation will be needed from both spouses for divorce cases involving minor children.we handle divorce cases in Fulton, Dekalb, Cobb, Gwinnett, Clayton, Henry, Rockdale, Newton and Douglas counties.
