Adoptions :

Our office handles step-parent, relative, agency, independent and adult adoptions.  Usually we will need information concerning the biological or legal father and legal mother.  Our office also handles adoptions where the child was the ward of a state other than Georgia but now lives in Georgia.  We can also assist in obtaining surrender of the birth mother (this is only available in Metro Atlanta counties).
